Process stress, emotional injury, or traumatic life events to make sense of your experiences, find peace, and uncover an inherent sense of self-worth in the process.
Through personalized therapeutic services, I'll listen, empathize, and validate your experiences for life-changing outcomes.
Melody helped me to see my own self-worth and value. She gave me the courage to make big goals and then supported me to pursue them. After my husband died, I found myself stuck in a rut and did not know how to move forward. She helped me process the grief and I identified other areas where I was stuck—she helped me to move forward and make great strides.
I went from an angry, insecure, depressed, sarcastic person, to a confident, content, caring, citizen with a new lease on life and enjoying every day since working with Melody. In therapy, my biggest realization was how connected events all throughout my life were and how those events have such a strong effect even in the present.

Since I began therapy with Melody, I have a greater understanding of how I react in moments of stress and I learned how to consider the perspective of others in a new lens. Working with Melody was really uplifting. She helped me get back on my feet after months of (not) dealing with a traumatic event. Thanks to Melody, I started to notice where I held tension in myself and often where I released it, coming off as aggressive and impulsive. Thanks to Melody, I've learned more about myself so that I can have more self-control in stressful moments.
Since my daughter started working with Melody, her whole outlook on things has changed for the better! Melody helped her learn ways to work through her anxieties and helped her develop strategies to overcome stress. During some of our 1-1 and family sessions, I saw how some of my own anxieties can affect my daughter and realized that developing ways to calm my stress not only helps me, but also will help her too.
